Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to return

You have the right to return your order of Alpha Drive within 14 calendar days of the date you receive it, without giving any reason. This right is provided in accordance with UK consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. How to initiate a return

To exercise your right to return, please contact us at info@beautyfresh.world within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order reference (if available) and a brief note that you wish to return the product. We will confirm return instructions within one working day.

3. Condition of returned goods

Products must be returned unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refund amount if the product has been used, damaged or the packaging has been unsealed.

4. Refund process and timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or by bank transfer where payment was made on delivery). We will confirm receipt and the expected refund timeline by email.

5. Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Non-returnable items

Products that have been opened, used or whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is demonstrably faulty. Damaged or faulty products - please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence.

7. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@beautyfresh.world within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.
